Why scheduled tasks don't work?

If you encountered this problem, you should run Beyond Sync as a Windows service. In this case, please make sure the service is running correctly.

 

If you are synchronizing files between two network connected computers, please also check following items:

1. The Task Folder uses UNC path instead of mapped drives. That's because Windows services don't work with mapped drives.
2. You specified correct account info in "Task Wizard->Folders->Network Settings".
3. The service runs under the account who installed Beyond Sync. The LocalSystem doesn't work because it has no permission to access network resources. Other domain user names also don't work because Beyond Sync needs to read task settings from this user's configuration folder unless you are using customized directory.
